Dr. Mwiti is an expert on Leadership and National Values for the Being-ness of Leaders presenting strong Leadership for Change, Transformation and Formation of Character Based Leadership.
A graduate of Fuller Graduate School of Intercultural Studies with an MA in Classic Leadership founded on Leadership Epochs,Fundamentals of Leadership, Philosophy and Wisdom of Leadership; and a doctorate in Leadership Philosophy, development and wrote his dissertation based on Intellectual Dimensions of Leadership.
Gladys is a specialist in Trauma Healing and Recovery with over 20 years experience. She is an author, current chairperson of the Kenya Psychological Association, interim chairperson of the Kenya Society for Traumatic Stress Studies, a member of the American Psychological Association, and member of the Board of Directors for the International Society for Traumatic Stress Studies and CEO Oasis Africa.
An Authority in Economic Development Policies, involved in Projects and Vision 2030, including Medium Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF), Kenya Vision 2030 and Imperatives in Planning.
